For those currently working in business, as a manager, supervisor, or functional specialist, the School of Business offers short burst executive training workshops in Business Analytics and Digital Marketing as well as International Business and Sales.
Maynooth University also offers executive education part-time programs for credit in a wide range of areas including Business Management, Business Analytics, Marketing, IT-Enabled Innovation, International Business, Strategy & Innovation and Strategic Marketing.
These programmes enable you to study part-time and obtain a Masters. Whilst an undergraduate education is beneficial to join these programmes, it is not required.
Business management experience can be the foundation for an application to join these part-time business masters degrees. The core goal is to provide managers and functional specialists with tools and techniques to understand complex business problems, identify solutions, and manage people to improve the performance of your business.
Maynooth University is the home of Business education and executive training for Kildare, Meath and the M50 corridor.
For those working, they cater primarily to two groups of experienced professionals interested in gaining and maintaining a competitive advantage in an increasingly complex and changing business landscape.
The first group are middle managers seeking to get training and insight into how to manage data analytics and digital marketing, or how to navigate the challenges of doing business internationally.
The second group are those professionals transitioning from specialist functions roles (e.g. as an analyst, functional specialist, administrative lead etc.) into a supervisory or managerial role.
Both groups face the fundamental challenge of managing not only their own work but leading and motivating others to achieve tasks and improve business outcomes. Separately, they offer a range of full-time masters and undergraduate programmes that offer world-class education.
“At Maynooth we are proud to cater for both the needs of businesses looking for new, motivated and capable employees – think about employing a Maynooth University Business graduate; as well as providing you as a working business person with short burst training and also part-time masters education.”
“We look forward to meeting Summit delegates and hearing about your business needs. For delegates who sign up for the executive training workshops in 2020, we offer the opportunity to have lunch with the lecturing team during the workshop, where they can receive further insights, by means of enhanced feedback and opportunity to ask follow-up questions.” – Jean Cushen, Maynooth University said.
