DropETA - Business All-Star Accreditation
DropETA have successfully navigated 3 rounds of auditing which proved their performance, trust and customer-centricity.
The auditing process has left us in no doubt as to DropETA ‘s suitability for Business All-Star accreditation and their inclusion in The Register of Irish Business Excellence (TRIBE).
– Kieran Ring, Deputy Chair, Adjudication Board
DropETA is a transport solution platform designed to cater for any business or individual sending large goods throughout Ireland and soon further afield. The platform/mobile application will focus on providing an online service that ultimately brings senders and transporters together in the most efficient way possible. In Ireland alone, 35% of HDV’s on the road are running empty. By reducing empty trips, freight efficiency will improve, leading to several benefits including reduced logistics costs, reduced congestion, and reduced carbon and air pollutants.
For senders, availing of empty trucks passing your door on a daily basis, you are not only saving money and time but you will be doing your part in helping to reduce Ireland’s carbon footprint. As far as transporters are concerned it’s a no brainer. Whether you’re an owner-occupied vehicle driver or a multi-vehicle operator having the opportunity to fill empty space, improve driver driving hours, reduce fuel costs and reduce carbon emissions, it’s a winning outcome.
DropETA is not about favoring any side, this is about making it better for both sides. It is designed to make the entire process of sending goods easier for the sender, whilst giving transporters the opportunity to quote for live business from the palm of their hand.
Message from Hugo Lord - Director, DropETA
It is with great pleasure dropETA has been accredited with the Business All-Star award of “One to watch 2020”. As a startup business, all the early recognition the company can get in its infancy goes a long way. It is a great confidence builder after the months of work that has gone into creating this new concept. Discussing the business, its goals and aspirations with the panel have been very helpful and I have no doubt that being a part of the All-Stars TRIBE will be of great benefit to dropETA.
For dropETA the real hard work starts now and as an Irish start-up setting out on its journey to ultimately succeed I would like to thank all the team in Business All-Stars for giving dropETA this little injection of confidence that helps us get on our way. We look forward to 2020.
