Danceworld - Business All-Star Accreditation
Danceworld have successfully navigated 3 rounds of auditing which proved their performance, trust and customer-centricity.
The auditing process has left us in no doubt as to Danceworld’s suitability for Business All-Star accreditation and their inclusion in The Register of Irish Business Excellence (TRIBE).

Danceworld was established 20 years ago in Ballina under the founder and creative director Áine Egan.
From its humble beginnings, it has gone from strength to strength, establishing itself with stage schools in many towns across county Mayo such as in Ballina, Belmullet, Castlebar, Claremorris, Westport and recently introducing two new locations in Ballinrobe and Galway city.
In our syllabus, we teach many genres of dance, ranging from different styles of hip hop, contemporary, musical theatre and confidence-building routines.
Danceworld is a non-competitive stage school, with no grading or exams. We pride ourselves on creating the best possible experience for our students to aid the growth of their self-confidence.
For us, it is not only dancing. The development of a child’s confidence is at the heart of what we do, where every student has an equal opportunity to feel like a star on stage.
We strive to instil creativity in children and teenagers and encourage an appreciation for the arts. At Danceworld, our goal is to create a positive and happy experience for all students and we are dedicated to fostering an environment in which all students can feel supported, comfortable, and free to express themselves through movement.
Message from Áine Egan - Founder & Creative Director, Danceworld
The Danceworld team and I are very humbled to be recipients of this exceptional All-star Business Award.
Throughout our 20 years of business, we have strived to give all our customers the best and the best has always come back to us in abundance. Humble beginnings and difficult challenges are the foundation of every great accomplishment and this statement speaks volumes to us at Danceworld.
I started Danceworld with a passion and I turned it into a business, and this is one of the greatest achievements in my life. Of course, alone we can do so little; together we can do so much and while, when I started Danceworld, it was applicable for me to do it alone but Danceworld kept growing and expanding.
The introduction of my team was a step further in the growth of the company and it was an extra bonus for me that they were past students of my earlier years.
This reinforced the confidence in myself and my brand as two of the students I had, developing with me, believed in the brand, motto and the very core of what Danceworld was all about.
These two women are so wonderfully different, which in my opinion is what makes the brand Danceworld so strong. Three very diverse opinions combining to become one exceptional concept.
